- 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 0.5 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, pureed or minced very finely
