- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 oz (approximately 50 g) sev/bhujia. Crushed potato chips are a pretty good, if unconventional
- 2 oz (approximately 50 g) salted peanuts
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
