Bell Pepper Dip

  • 1 each green bell pepper
  • 1 each red bell pepper
  • 1 each yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 each tsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1 each tsp. paprika
  • 0.5 each tsp. parsley
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 each . Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces

Instructions

    and saute in heated oil for 5-10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and place in food processor or blender. 2.

    Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth. 3.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
