Bell Pepper Dip

- 1 each green bell pepper
- 1 each red bell pepper
- 1 each yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 each tsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 each tsp. paprika
- 0.5 each tsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 each . Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces

and saute in heated oil for 5-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and place in food processor or blender. 2.

Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth. 3.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
