Beer-Broiled Shrimp

- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp snipped parsley
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 lb large shrimp, unshelled

Combine beer, vegetable oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add the shrimp and stir to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

Preheat the broiler. Drain the shrimp, reserving the marinade.

Place shrimp on a well-greased broiler rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 4 minutes.

Turn the shrimp. Brush with reserved marinade. Broil for 2 to 4 more minutes or until bright pink.
