Beefy Tater Tot Casserole

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans (10 oz each) cream of chicken-mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen Tater Tots
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet, breaking up into crumbles; drain fat. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix cream of chicken-mushroom soup with sour cream until smooth.

Stir in cooked beef and onion mixture. Pour into prepared casserole dish.

Arrange frozen Tater Tots in an even layer across the top.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly and Tater Tots are golden brown. Serve hot.
