- 1 each lb. ground beef
- 0.8 each c. celery, chopped
- 0.3 each c. onion
- 0.3 each c. green pepper
- 1 each tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 each tbsp. shortening
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 each -1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1/3 each c. water
Instructions

Cook beef, celery, onion and green pepper in shortening until lightly browned.

Stir in soup and mustard.

Mix dough and roll into a circle.

Place on top of meat mixture and bake at 450 degrees about 15 minutes.
