Beefsteak Upside − Down Pie

  • 1 each lb. ground beef
  • 0.8 each c. celery, chopped
  • 0.3 each c. onion
  • 0.3 each c. green pepper
  • 1 each tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 each tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 each -1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 each c. water

Instructions

    Cook beef, celery, onion and green pepper in shortening until lightly browned.

    Stir in soup and mustard.

  3. 3

    Mix dough and roll into a circle.

  4. 4

    Place on top of meat mixture and bake at 450 degrees about 15 minutes.
