- 1 lb ground beef 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp catsup ½ cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp prepared mustard ¼ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 large (1 ½" thick) patties. Broil about 6 minutes on each side until browned on the outside. Serves 4.
