Beef Taco Bake

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 6 medium flour tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, stirring to break up. Pour off fat.

    Add tomato soup, salsa, milk, tortilla pieces and half the Cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.

    Spoon mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover with foil.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
