  • 3 lb beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 med. onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained or 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 4 oz. each
  • 1 can condensed beef broth, 10 1/2 oz.
  • 0.3 cup dry white wine, optional
  • 1 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.3 cup flour
