- 3 lb beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 0.5 tsp dry mustard
- 2 med. onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained or 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 4 oz. each
- 1 can condensed beef broth, 10 1/2 oz.
- 0.3 cup dry white wine, optional
- 1 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.3 cup flour
