Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

  • 2 lb beef chuck or stew meat, 1-inch cubes
  • 0.3 cup flour
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

Instructions

    Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat and stir to coat.

    Add broth, Worcestershire, garlic, and paprika. Stir in carrots, potatoes, onions, and celery.

    Cover and cook on LOW 10–12 hours or HIGH 4–6 hours.

    Remove bay leaf before serving.
