- 4 lb stew beef, cut into small pieces
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cup Ginger Ale
- 1 lb carrots, sliced-I use baby carrots and forget the slicing
- noodles or rice.
