  • 0.5 each ts Pepper (MORE FOR HOT)
  • 0.5 each ts Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 each ts Onion Salt
  • 1 lb Beef Roast
  • 0.5 each c Soy sauce
  • 0.5 each ts Garlic Salt
  • 0.5 each ts Lemon Pepper

Instructions

    Marinate 1 hour or overnight.

  2. 2

    Bake in oven 150 to 170, overnight or for 10 - 12 hours.

  3. 3

    Leave oven door open to allow moisture to escape.

  4. 4

    Check often for proper level of dryness.

  5. 5

    If you have a smoker, jerky may be dried in smoker.

  6. 6

    Keep the heat low and again check dryness of jerky often.
