  • 3 lb Lean beef; flank; round sirloin tip
  • 1 each c Catsup
  • 0.5 each c Red wine vinegar
  • 0.3 each c Brown sugar
  • 2 each tb Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 each ts Dry mustard
  • 1 each ts Onion powder
  • 1 each ts Salt
  • 0.3 each ts Cracked pepper

Instructions

    Cut beef into strips 1/2 inch thick.

    Combine all marinade ingredients into a glass bakind dish.

  3. 3

    Add strips of beef, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Drain beef slices.

  5. 5

    Dry in an electric dehydrator at 145 until pliable.

  6. 6

    Package in home canning jars, food-grade plastic bags or seal-by-heat food storage bags.
