- 1 each ts Salt
- 2 each ts Sherry
- 4 each ts Honey
- 3 each tb Sugar
- 1 each tb Catsup
- 1 each tb Hoisin sauce
- 1 each tb Oyster sauce
- 1 each tb Light soy sauce
- 1 each tb Dark soy sauce
Instructions

Partially freeze meat first, then thinly slice beef Marinate in rest of ingredients for at least 1 day.

Bake single layer at 250 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
