  • 0.5 lb Flank steak
  • 1 each ts Salt
  • 2 each ts Sherry
  • 4 each ts Honey
  • 3 each tb Sugar
  • 1 each tb Catsup
  • 1 each tb Hoisin sauce
  • 1 each tb Oyster sauce
  • 1 each tb Light soy sauce
  • 1 each tb Dark soy sauce

Instructions

    Partially freeze meat first, then thinly slice beef Marinate in rest of ingredients for at least 1 day.

    Bake single layer at 250 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
