  • 1 lb Beef loin tip OR... 1 lb Beef brisket

Instructions

    Barbecue Sauce (one with no sugar!) Onion salt Garlic salt If necessary, roll out meat slices as thin as possible.

    Trim off fat.

  3. 3

    Set oven at 200 degrees and line cookie sheets with foil.

  4. 4

    Brush one side of meat with sauce.

  5. 5

    Put slices on cookie sheet; DO NOT STACK.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle lightly with onion and garlic salts.

  7. 7

    Cook for 8 to 9 hours.

  8. 8

    Turn meat after 6 hours of cooking and brush with sauce.

  9. 9

    Cool and store in a tightly covered jar or sealed in a plastic bag.
