  • 2 each -3 lb beef
  • 0.5 each c Soy sauce
  • 0.5 each c Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 each ts Accent
  • 2/3 each ts Garlic powder
  • 2 each ts Onion powder
  • 2/3 each ts Black pepper
  • 2 each ts Seasoned salt

Instructions

    Cut meat with the grain into 1/2-inch thick strips.

  2. 2

    Mix all other ingredients to make a marinade.

  3. 3

    Submerge meat in marinade for 24 hours.

  4. 4

    Place meat strips directly on the rack in the oven and cook for 8 hours at 150 degrees.
