  • 1 0.5 lb beef flank steak
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green sweet pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes, 8oz
