  • 2 each lbs. beef, cubed
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 each pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 each c. red wine

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles sprinkled with poppy seeds.

    Serves 2 to 4.

    To extend recipe, add mushrooms, small onions, or carrots.

    Serve with tossed salad and herbed bread.

    Can be prepared the day before.
