- 4 slice provolone, 3
- 0.8 lb ground beef
- 0.3 cup chopped onion, 3.7
- 0.5 cup organic black soy beans, 5
- 1 tsp chili powder, 1.4
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 0.3 cup diced tomato, 2
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, 1.2
- 2 tbsp sour cream, 1

Using parchment paper, microwave each slice of provolone for 1-2 min until brown and crispy. Brown ground beef & onions, drain fat. Add spices and drained beans and heat. On each provolone shell, layer meat mixture, top with tomato, then cheese. Serves 2 @ 9.8 carbs This is a little high in carbs, but tasted SO good. Sweet Spiced Turkey
