- 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dark molasses

- 2 scallions chopped
- 1 0.3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 0.7 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown wieners in a skillet; cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces.

Combine beans, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, molasses, hot pepper sauce, and scallions in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Stir in wiener pieces.

Make the cornbread batter: combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix until just combined.
