  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp dark molasses
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1 0.3 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 0.7 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
