BBQ Pork Shoulder Steaks

- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.8 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.3 tsp caraway seeds, crushed
- 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 steaks boneless pork shoulder steaks, 3/4-inch thick

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, coriander, lemon zest, marjoram, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, caraway seeds, and cinnamon.

Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the pork steaks, pressing it firmly into the surface.

Heat the grill to medium heat.

Place the steaks in the center of the cooking grate. Grill for 10 minutes for medium doneness (160°F) or 12 to 14 minutes for well-done (170°F), turning once halfway through. Do not overcook.
