- 0.3 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 0.5 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 16 oz canned sauerkraut
- 0.3 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender; remove.

Add pork cubes to the skillet and brown well.

Combine browned onions, pork, and sauerkraut in a 1½-quart casserole.

Cover and bake for 1 hour until pork is tender.

When ready to serve, blend in sour cream and nutmeg.
