Bass Melt Supreme
Ingredients
- 3 cups bass, cooked and flaked ingredients and spread in single layer in skillet. Sear
- 1/2 cups cucumber, finely chopped both sides of fillets, then remove and coat with
- 1 tsp salt constantly. Return fillets to skillet, gently stir, cover
- 1/4 tsp pepper and reduce heat. Cook until fish is white and flaky.
- 1 tsp onion powder Serve over long grained brown rice.

In medium pot, mix fish, cucumber, radish, mayo, 8 catfish fillets

sour cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Place 1 cup Italian bread crumbs

tomato slices on half the bread slices. Divide bass 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

mixture evenly between the bread slices and spread 4 tbs parsley flakes

to edges. Top with Swiss cheese and rest of bread 1 tsp paprika
