- 0.8 cup barley
- 0.5 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup yellow squash, grated
- 0.5 cup celery, chopped
- 0.5 cup scallions, chopped
- 0.5 cup parsley, minced
- 2 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup distilled water
Instructions

Soak barley overnight in distilled water. The next day, rinse in hot water and drain well. Combine all ingredients and heat slightly. Serve immediately.
