  • 24 peppercorns
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Sprinkle salt over the roast and place in slow-cooker. Spread tomato paste over
  • meat; imbed peppercorns into paste; top with onions and Worcestershire sauce.
