Barbecued Pot Roast
A lean beef roast seasoned with salt, coated in tomato paste studded with peppercorns, and slow-cooked with onion and Worcestershire for an effortless pot roast.

- 2 lb lean roast, trimmed
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup tomato paste
- 24 whole peppercorns
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Sprinkle salt over roast; place in crockpot.

Spread tomato paste over meat. Imbed peppercorns into paste.
