- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.3 cup dry sherry
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks, do not drain
- 3 lb lean pork, cut into strips, browned, and drained
- Serve with sauce.
- Makes about 15 servings.

Combine all ingredients except pork strips in Crock Pot and stir well.

Add pork and stir to coat. Cook on low, covered, for 8 to 10 hours.
