Barbecued Oysters

- 3 cup fresh oysters, drained
- 0.8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 pinch seasoned salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain oysters well.

Combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bag. Shake oysters in the flour mixture to coat.

Sauté floured oysters in hot oil, cooking just enough to form a crust but not fully cook through.

Transfer oysters to an oblong baking dish and cover with barbecue sauce.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and glazed.
