- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 package onion soup mix
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- Sauce:
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 can tomato paste, 12 ounces total
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 0.3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 0.3 cup red wine vinegar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup sweet pickle relish
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- brown in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. Drain on paper towels.
