  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 package onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Sauce:
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 can tomato paste, 12 ounces total
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • brown in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. Drain on paper towels.
