Barbecue Cocktail Meatballs

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 piece onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup apricot jam

Instructions

    Combine beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, eggs and salt. Mix well and form into small balls.

    Bake in oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.

    In large saucepan combine barbecue sauce, water and apricot jam. Add in meatballs and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.

    Serve with toothpicks.
