Bar-B-Q'd Pork Steaks

Pork steaks or chops smothered in a tangy ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire barbecue sauce with chili powder and paprika, slow-cooked all day.

  • 6 pork steaks or chops
  • 1 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 0.5 cup water
  • 0.3 cup vinegar
  • 0.3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large onions, very thinly sliced

Instructions

    Place meat in a 5-qt crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and a little Accent if desired.

    Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire, chili powder, paprika, and remaining salt. Pour over meat.

    Top with sliced onions.

    Cook on LOW 8–9 hours.
