  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond or rice milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix or blender and blend on high until thick. If using room temperature bananas, just add more ice. Makes 2 servings.
