- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond or rice milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice

Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix or blender and blend on high until thick. If using room temperature bananas, just add more ice. Makes 2 servings.
