- 1 0.5 lb ground chuck
- 0.8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.8 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (or mix
- of your choice)
- for approximately 30 minutes. Place balls into crock pot on low. --SAUCE:--
- 1 can cranberry jelly sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- Simmer on top of stove until melted together. Pour sauce over meatballs. Slow
- cook for 2 to 3 hours.

Mix all ingredients above and form into balls. Brown in oven at 350 degrees
