  • 1 0.5 lb ground chuck
  • 0.8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.8 tsp pepper
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (or mix
  • of your choice)
  • for approximately 30 minutes. Place balls into crock pot on low. --SAUCE:--
  • 1 can cranberry jelly sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • Simmer on top of stove until melted together. Pour sauce over meatballs. Slow
  • cook for 2 to 3 hours.

    Mix all ingredients above and form into balls. Brown in oven at 350 degrees
