- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp minced green onions
- 2 tsp minced fresh sage
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Sprinkle trout with salt and pepper to taste. Combine parsley adn next 6 ingredients in a small bowl;

Stir well. Stuff half of herb mixture in each fish cavity. Place fish in buttered 13x9xa2k ibng dish, dot
