- 2 cup cooked spaghetti squash -- 1 pound lean ground beef -- cooked and drained, 2 to 3
- 2 cup fresh mushrooms1 small onion -- diced
- 2 cup your favorite lo carb spaghetti sauce -- or canned tomatoes
- 2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
