Baked Scallops with Garlic Sauce

- 1 0.5 lb bay scallops, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- 0.3 cup margarine, melted
- 10 firm white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 dash onion salt
- 1 dash freshly grated pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange scallops in a single layer in a baking dish.

Combine garlic and margarine; drizzle over scallops.

Top with mushrooms, then bread crumbs. Season with onion salt and pepper.

Bake 15–20 minutes until scallops are opaque and topping is golden. Sprinkle with parsley.
