    Ground nutmeg Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Add the rice and raisins. Turn into a 10 X 6 X 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, then stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Continue baking until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean (about 30 minutes more). Caramel Custard Pie 1 – 14 1/2 ounce can of evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 cup of brown sugar 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons of butter 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Water Add enough water to the evaporated milk to make 2 cups and beat in the eggs. Combine the brown sugar and the flour and cut in the butter until the mixture is like coarse crumbs. Add the milk mixture to the brown sugar and beat until well blended. Pour into the pastry shell and bake at 400 degrees until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Allow to cool completely.
