Baked Lemon Pork Chops

- 8 count large pork chops
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 count eggs, beaten
- 0.5 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, rosemary, and lemon-pepper in a shallow bowl.

Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, white wine, and oil in another bowl.

Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
