Baked Jambalaya made with cooked diced chicken, good-sized onion and stalks celery.

  • 2 cup cooked diced chicken
  • 1 good-sized onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 0.8 cup cooked rice
  • Two 14-15 oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Plain bread crumbs
  • Butter
  • Tabasco sauce
