- 1 good-sized onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 0.8 cup cooked rice
- Two 14-15 oz cans of diced tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Plain bread crumbs
- Butter
- Tabasco sauce
