- 20 oz stewed tomatoes
- 16 oz garbanzo beans and liquid
- 1 cup squash
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 0.5 green pepper, diced
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 1 0.3 cup cream
- 6 large garlic cloves, diced
- 1 small bay leaf
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 375F. Layer vegetables in baking pan. Pour wine and herbs over vegetables. Dot top with butter . Cover and bake for one hour, then lower heat to 325F. Stir in cream and cheeses and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Serves six. novels in romance, mystery, suspense and science fiction.
