Baked Corn Casserole

  • 8 0.5 oz corn muffin mix (1 package)
  • 15 0.8 oz canned whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 14 0.8 oz canned cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.

    In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, butter and egg. Mix well.

    Pour into the prepared casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 30 to 35 minutes more, until set and the top is golden.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
