Baked Chicken Salad Casserole

- 3 cup cooked chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 0.5 cup celery, chopped
- 1 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated, divided
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 0.5 tsp prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp French dressing, for marinating
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Marinate chicken and celery in French dressing for 1 hour.

Combine marinated chicken and celery with ½ cup of the grated cheese and the slivered almonds.

Blend sour cream, mustard and salt. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a baking dish.

Combine crushed potato chips with the remaining ½ cup grated cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and top is lightly golden.
