- 1 0.5 lb meaty chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks), skin removed
- 2 tbsp nonfat milk
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 0.3 tsp garlic salt
- 0.3 tsp ground white pepper
- 0.3 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove skin from chicken. Rinse and pat dry.

Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick coating. Arrange chicken meaty side up.

Brush chicken with nonfat milk.

Mix onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, white pepper, and black pepper. Sprinkle over chicken.
