- 6 lg. cooking apples
- 0.8 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp lemon rind grated
- 0.8 cup rose wine
- 0.3 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- Whipped cream
