Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

A low-carb Atkins recipe for Bacon-Wrapped Scallops.

  • 1 pound sea scallops -- bay scallops are too small
  • 1/2 pound bacon -- (1/2 to 3/4)
  • 1 toothpick

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450*.

    Rinse your scallops in cold water.

  3. 3

    Cut your bacon into three sections.

  4. 4

    Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop.

  5. 5

    Secure bacon together with a toothpick.

  6. 6

    Place on a baking sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake until your bacon is brown and crispy (Not too crispy though)
