Bacon Wrapped Scallops

  • 24 piece large scallops, cleaned
  • 12 slice bacon, cut in half
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

    Preheat broiler.

    Combine 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper with 1 tsp garlic powder.

    Wrap each scallop with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

    Sprinkle salt mixture on scallops.

    Place in broiler for 5-8 minutes until bacon is crispy and scallops are cooked through. Serve immediately.
