- 40 slice of party rye
- 2 each pkgs. of shredded swiss cheese
- 1 each 10 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed
- 0.5 each lb. sliced corn beef
- 1 each . Place bread on baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes.
- 2 each . Arrange corn beef, mustard and sauerkraut on bread.
- 3 each . Broil for 5 minutes.
- 4 each . Serve.
