- 0.3 cup canola oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 8 cup torn mixed salad greens, chilled
- 1 cup diced red apple
- 0.3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 0.3 cup chopped toasted pecans
Instructions

Combine orange juice, canola oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar; cover and shake vigorously. Chill to blend flavors.

Toss diced apple with a little dressing to prevent browning.
