  • 0.3 cup orange juice
  • 0.3 cup canola oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 8 cup torn mixed salad greens, chilled
  • 1 cup diced red apple
  • 0.3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 0.3 cup chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

    Combine orange juice, canola oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar; cover and shake vigorously. Chill to blend flavors.

    Toss diced apple with a little dressing to prevent browning.

    Shake dressing again and toss with salad greens, apple, and bleu cheese.
