- 8 cup mixed fruit, peaches, plums, apricots, chopped
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 0.5 tsp all purpose flour

zest of 1 orange 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 400F, and lightly grease 12 inch square glass baking dish. Cut fruit into chunks, mix with sugar, flour, cinnamon and zest. Spoon into baking dish.
