Artichoke Bruschetta

A Blackstone griddle recipe for Artichoke Bruschetta.

  • 8 oz baguette bread, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup can artichokes, drained & chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat the griddle to medium heat.

    Brush bread slices with oil and place on hot griddle top and cook until lightly golden brown from both sides.

    In a bowl, add all topping ingredients and mix well.

    Spoon topping mixture over bread slices.

    Servings and enjoy.
