Artichoke Bruschetta

A Blackstone griddle recipe for Artichoke Bruschetta.

  • 8 oz baguette bread, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For topping:
  • 1 cup can artichokes, drained & chopped
  • 2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt

    Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Brush bread slices with oil and place on hot griddle top and cook until lightly golden brown from both sides. In a bowl, add all topping ingredients and mix well. Spoon topping mixture over bread slices. Servings and enjoy.
